Ensure cleanliness of guestrooms, stairwells, back of house and public areas; and ensure operating supplies and linens are organized, inventoried and available for daily use.

Responsible for preparing food and setting up their station with the necessary supplies to execute the menu. Ensure every aspect of their station has the correct mise en place at the start of service for each meal period.

Works closely with the property team and Corporate team to optimize property digital  marketing strategies across all channels, including hotel and F&B website optimization, social media and online community management, performance marketing, event and email marketing plans.
